For users employing a camera on a 3G network, it is essential to verify with their operator whether the camera possesses a real IP address, as only cameras with real IP addresses can function correctly. In cases where the camera operates on WiFi and the viewer uses 3G or another network, proper configuration of NAT (Network Address Translation) settings in the WiFi router is imperative. Users are advised to consult their WiFi manufacturer for guidance on configuring NAT settings.
